OUR VISION

OUR MISSION
Aggressively and Collectively engage boys on how they are socialized to suppress their natural and spontaneous reactions to pain which affects their physical and mental health, decision making, behavior, and happiness.
Annually the project engages 750 children 450 of which are boys, in Grade 2 to 11.
The model was initially empowered through sub grants by Engender Health South Africa, Margaret Sanger Centre South Africa of the Planned Parenthood Association of New York.
Found in 1997 Personal Concept Project for Soweto children is a community based weekend academic and life support programme.
Our care and support for boys and girls goes beyond the classroom. Making sure that boys in particular play an important role in the society by training and engaging them to revisit gender roles and norms.
